Brand


Sunsilk is a haircare brand under Unilever’s Beauty & Wellbeing Business Group across 69 countries. In Vietnam, Sunsilk’s portfolio highlights Smooth core lines alongside Anti-hairfall natural-line upgradation, targeting low/middle-income Gen-Z females. Since then, Sunsilk has become a nationwide household name with its famous slang “Smooth like Sunsilk”.


Responsibilities

  • Manage above/below-the-line projects (social media assets & campaigns, sampling activations, POSM, etc.) from ideation to execution of Sunsilk Hair Conditioner and Sunsilk Anti-hairfall variants.

  • Sunsilk Hair Conditioner: Always-on social-media asset, POSM and KOL campaign.

    • Brainstorm and discuss strategies with Brand Team and related departments.

    • Build creative/media/KOL/production briefs for agencies and revise in 3 rounds.

    • Coordinate with R&D and Legal to verify communication about product formulas and disclaimers.

    • Monitor quality assurance, support agencies in project execution, and review performances post-project.

  • Sunsilk Anti-hairfall: Sampling activation.

    • Brainstorm and discuss strategies with Brand Team and related departments.

    • Build activation briefs for agencies and revise in 3 rounds

    • Coordinate with Supply Chain & Procurement to proceed with bidding and choose the suitable agency.

    • Collaborate with the chosen agency for project deployment (sampling design, production, shipment, promotion girls' training, etc.).

    • Monitor quality assurance, support the agency in project execution, and review performances post-project.

  • Support administrative tasks and executions of other variants such as quality control, supplier management, product shipment, etc.


Deliverables

  • Gained 2,500+ engagements on average for each monthly post of Sunsilk Hair Conditioner.

  • Gained 4,000+ buzz and positive sentiment for Sunsilk Hair Conditioner TikTok KOL Campaign.

  • Successfully deployed 6 POSM assets in traditional and modern trading channels.

  • Achieved the KPI of 30,000 consumer samplings for Sunsilk Anti-hairfall Activation Campaign.
