Challenges

  • Audit a brand in terms of digital marketing communication on all touchpoints.

  • Evaluate its performance based on academic frameworks.

  • Make corresponding digital marketing recommendations.


Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze Closeup’s marketing consistency regarding brand identity, tone of voice, content framework, core brand positioning via a collection of data (visual and content materials, campaign, etc.) on social media, website, mobile app.

  • Evaluate and identify problems according to marketing frameworks.

  • Recommend specific recommendations aligned with the analysis above.
