Friso Vietnam - Friso Gold Pro product line, which competes in Vietnam’s super premium IFT milk industry.
Challenges
Propose an integrated marketing campaign to raise awareness for the new Friso Gold Pro product line with detailed objectives, activities, budget and KPIs.
The most excellent teams are chosen to present pitching decks to the industry client.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 6 members, including building action plan, keeping track of the overall work, cheering the team up, evaluating the final outcome and conducting reflection.
Research, analyze and build 2 customer personas with key insights and pain points.
Come up with a Big Idea for the IMC plan related to the above insights and meet the client’s objectives.
Build strategic approaches with Content Pillar and Content Framework to direct the team in executing detailed activities and online content schedules.
