Challenges
Identify and analyze internal and external factors that marketers of Dove have used to influence its target consumers.
Make corresponding evaluations and marketing strategies to improve consumer behavior and experience.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 5 members, including building action plan, keeping track of the overall work, cheering the team up, evaluating the final outcome and conducting reflection.
Identify and analyze Learning factors applied in Dove’s marketing strategies.
Evaluate the overall marketing performance and make recommendations.
Set the storytelling flow for slide content and presentation scripts.
