Dove Vietnam - Shampoo segment, one of the leading beauty & personal care brands in Vietnam.


Challenges

  • Identify and analyze internal and external factors that marketers of Dove have used to influence its target consumers.

  • Make corresponding evaluations and marketing strategies to improve consumer behavior and experience.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 5 members, including building action plan, keeping track of the overall work, cheering the team up, evaluating the final outcome and conducting reflection.

  • Identify and analyze Learning factors applied in Dove’s marketing strategies.

  • Evaluate the overall marketing performance and make recommendations.

  • Set the storytelling flow for slide content and presentation scripts.
