Client


Bo Ong Hoang - a B2B Vietnamese premium avocado brand produced by Thien Nong Farm in Binh Duong province.


Challenges

  • Present a marketing research report with real data collection and analysis, research methods, hypothesis, key findings and recommendations, following the previously proposed problem definition.

  • The most excellent teams are chosen to transform their reports into pitching decks to propose market research plans to the industry client.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6 members, including building action plan, keeping track of the overall work, cheering the team up, evaluating the final outcome and conducting reflection.

  • Finalize and summarize research objectives, questions and methods.

  • Coordinate with Data Processing teammates to identify trends, insightful questions, analyze data, hypotheses, draw suitable diagrams and gain consumer insights.

  • Propose Big Idea and strategic approaches based on the above insights to assist Bo Ong Hoang in penetrating B2C segment.

  • Set the storytelling flow for the report, slide content and presentation scripts.
