Summarize the client’s business situation and market background.
Propose key research objectives and questions to help the client make management decisions about how to expand to B2C segment.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 6 members, including building action plan, keeping track of the overall work, cheering the team up, evaluating the final outcome and conducting reflection.
Identify the client’s Research Problem Statement, Unit of Analysis and Research Variables, Research Objectives and Detailed Questions.
Set the storytelling flow for slide content and presentation scripts.
