Founded in February 2021 by a team of accomplished scholarship recipients from top institutions like RMIT, VinUniversity, and BUV, AIV has built a thriving mentorship community of over 29,000 members on Facebook. Its unique value lies in its founders' leadership experience as former presidents of Vietnam's most prominent student organizations. This enables the organization to provide unparalleled leadership training, empowering students to design social projects with meaningful missions and broad societal impact.
Responsibilities
Academic Strategy Development: Designed and implemented tailored mentorship programs for scholarship aspirants, focusing on academic excellence, leadership growth, and extracurricular development.
Student-Focused Workshops: Organized and led exclusive workshops and training sessions annually for students, covering critical areas such as personal statement writing, scholarship applications, and interview preparation.
Mentorship Excellence: Provided personalized mentorship sessions for students, securing hundreds of scholarships at top international universities. Emphasized academic distinction, leadership development, and impactful community engagement.
Team Leadership & Academic Oversight: Supervised a team of 3 assistants to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality academic support. Collaborated with top educators and alumni from prestigious universities to enhance mentorship content and outcomes.
