Through the Future President Program, students dive into a dynamic journey, exploring the essence of Communication, PR, Event Management, and HR. This immersive experience sharpens leadership acumen and instills confidence to manage impactful projects. Graduates rise as impactful community leaders, wielding the responsibility of steering nationwide initiatives with expert guidance and a vast professional network.
The Aspiring Vietnam Contest ignites creative problem-solving in fields like technology, business, and medicine. Participants champion Vietnamese culture while tackling real-world challenges, guided by industry mentors. Together, these programs inspire participants to dream boldly, lead passionately, and redefine their future paths for lasting societal impact.
Responsibilities
Leadership Development: Found and lead the Future President Program. Design weekly training sessions delivered by presidents of Vietnam’s largest student-led organizations, engaging an online audience of 230,000 viewers through live-streamed and recorded sessions.
Entrepreneurship Promotion: Launch the Aspiring Vietnam Contest, Vietnam’s largest student entrepreneurship contest. Organize interactive workshops and brands such as VinMec, Zalo, Cho Tot, and Biti’s Hunter, providing students with guidance in Business, Tech, Creative, and Well-being proposal development.
Elite Training Program: Develop the Elite Development Program for the top 50 applicants across Aspiring Vietnam initiatives, delivering 12 workshops from October to December 2024 with speakers from top universities (Harvard, Oxford, Stanford). Schedule 48 weeks of training in 2025 with directors from multinational corporations, targeting academic excellence and industry-ready skills.
Measured Impact: Directly impact over 1,245 students from 50 provinces, establishing Aspiring Vietnam as a leader in business education for high school students, with programs reaching an estimated 500,000 stakeholders online and offline.
