Responsibilities
Shoppertainment Project (under the supervision of Assoc. Prof., Dr. Long Nguyen)
Research Presentation & Impact: Present findings on how Shoppertainment transforms e-commerce for MSMEs at major conferences, including ANZMAC 2024, Digital Transactions in Asia 2025, and IFFTI Annual Conference 2025.
Qualitative Data Analysis: Conduct 18 in-depth interviews with business owners and content creators, analyzing data using NVivo to identify four key themes shaping e-commerce models.
Academic Writing & Knowledge Contribution: Author 3 conference abstracts and developed 1 manuscript for submission to the Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics (2025).
Theoretical & Practical Impact: Deliver insights into value co-creation in e-commerce, influencing MSME strategies in Vietnam's digital economy.
Digital Music Project (under the supervision of Assoc. Prof., Dr. Long Nguyen)
Industry Analysis & Report Development: Lead the framework design for the “Vietnam Digital Music Landscape 2024-2025” whitepaper, integrating qualitative and quantitative research findings.
Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct 15 expert interviews and designed a survey for Vietnamese music listeners, extracting actionable insights to inform research outcomes.
Whitepaper Impact: Position to shape industry strategies and public understanding of Vietnam’s evolving digital music ecosystem at the Vietnam Music Week 2024.
Academic & Industry Contribution: Develop a paper on AI's role in Vietnam’s music landscape, leveraging industry insights and academic literature, with expected completion in 2025.
Medical Digital Transformation Project (under the supervision of Dr. Duy Dang & Assoc. Prof., Dr. Long Nguyen)
Literature Review & Methodology Design: Conducted a comprehensive review to identify research gaps and propose methodologies for experimental research on an AI chatbot-integrated mobile app for medical inquiries.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Designed app features that enhance patient interaction and optimize staff efficiency at University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City.
AI Integration Focus: Analyzed the role of AI in healthcare to inform app development, aligning with digital transformation trends in medical services.
Potential Impact: Addressing critical gaps in patient communication and staff workload management through innovative digital solutions.
Industry Partnered Learning (IPL) Project (under the supervision of Assoc. Prof., Dr. Long Nguyen)
Curriculum Mapping & Evaluation: Lead the assessment of all courses in RMIT School of Communication & Design to evaluate industry relevance and provide recommendations for curriculum design enhancements.
Methodology Development: Conduct a comprehensive literature review to establish a methodology for data collection, analysis, and course mapping execution.
Stakeholder Engagement & Data Collection: Integrate insights from RMIT Canvas materials, assignment details, and interviews with stakeholders, including industry partners, lecturers, and program managers.
Report & Presentation Development: Draft an in-depth report and design presentation slides to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Academic Contribution: Leverage project insights to develop academic publications on curriculum relevance and industry alignment, with expected completion by 2025.
