Guardian Health & Beauty Vietnam - one of the leading beauty & personal care retailers in Vietnam.
Challenges
Benchmark Guardian with relevant rivals to identify leverageable strengths and growth opportunities.
Assess different segments of target customers and recommend a suitable segment for communication.
Suggest a digital marketing strategy and corresponding marcom campaign for target customers in 1 year (2024) to drive 100% of Guardian’s customers to its relaunched website/mobile app, with increased CR, AOV and loyalty program registration.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 5 members, including building action plan, keeping track of the overall work, cheering the team up, evaluating the final outcome and conducting reflection.
Analyze and develop suitable strategies, corresponding deployment plan and always-on activities.
Research and present execution activities for Phase 1 & 2 of the campaign.
Set the storytelling flow for slide content and presentation scripts.
