Guardian Health & Beauty Vietnam - one of the leading beauty & personal care retailers in Vietnam.


Challenges

  • Conduct social listening for Guardian’s social channels to analyze and evaluate the brand's social media presence.

  • Suggest new social media goals aligned with the client project - Guardian’s Shopee 9.9 Sales Campaign.

  • Set up a social media advertising campaign on Meta Suite to achieve the goals.


Responsibilities

  • Use online keyword/hashtag tracking tools (Google Trends, Brand Mentions, Social Searcher, etc.) to observe the brand's social networks.

  • Propose new objectives and advertising strategy based on Facebook Ad campaign structure.

  • Rationalize Ad settings via in-depth research and analysis of customers' behaviors and tactics’ effectiveness.

  • Design 2 Ad mock-ups using Facebook Creative Hub, ensuring consistency with the above-proposed strategies and brand guidelines.

  • Present advertising measurement and optimization with detailed KPIs and reasonable benchmarks.
