Challenges
Evaluate Cake’s marketing context to define the problem and determine opportunities to achieve the client brief’s objective.
Suggest an innovative solution with technology applied to enhance Cake’s UVP and stand out in the current competitive market.
Strengthen the solution’s desirability, feasibility, viability via impact/risk/ethical assessment, timeline, budget, KPI.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 6 members, including building action plan, keeping track of the overall work, cheering the team up, evaluating the final outcome and conducting reflection.
Analyze and develop Customer Insight and corresponding solution.
Research and present the solution’s technologies, concepts, customer journey and UX/UI
Set the storytelling flow for slide content and presentation scripts.
