Cake by VPBank - Vietnam’s leading digital bank established via the partnership between VPBank and Be Vietnam.


Challenges

  • Evaluate Cake’s marketing context to define the problem and determine opportunities to achieve the client brief’s objective.

  • Suggest an innovative solution with technology applied to enhance Cake’s UVP and stand out in the current competitive market.

  • Strengthen the solution’s desirability, feasibility, viability via impact/risk/ethical assessment, timeline, budget, KPI.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6 members, including building action plan, keeping track of the overall work, cheering the team up, evaluating the final outcome and conducting reflection.

  • Analyze and develop Customer Insight and corresponding solution.

  • Research and present the solution’s technologies, concepts, customer journey and UX/UI

  • Set the storytelling flow for slide content and presentation scripts.
