Guardian Health & Beauty Vietnam - one of the leading beauty & personal care retailers in Vietnam.


Challenges

  • Propose a new mobile solution/mobile marketing strategy for Guardian to drive sales for its Shopee 9.9 Sales Campaign.

  • Present the launching plan of that mobile solution, with detailed KPIs and budget to achieve the client’s objectives.

  • The most excellent teams are chosen to propose pitching decks to the industry client.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6 members, including building action plan, keeping track of the overall work, cheering the team up, evaluating the final outcome and conducting reflection.

  • Analyze and come up with Customer Insight and corresponding Big Idea.

  • Build UX frameworks, blueprints and customer journey for the new mobile solution - AI chatbot.

  • Set strategic approaches and timelines for 3 phases of the launching plan.

  • Set the storytelling flow for slide content and presentation scripts.
