BOO Vietnam - a leading Vietnamese fashion & accessories brand targeting the youth with streetstyle cultural image.


Challenges

  • Evaluate 5 potential countries based on Geographic, Cultural and Political factors for a Vietnamese brand to penetrate.

  • Choose the most suitable country to develop a brand-launch IMC plan with detailed activities, budgets and KPIs.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6 members, including building action plan, keeping track of the overall work, cheering the team up, evaluating the final outcome and conducting reflection.

  • Research and evaluate Singapore’s Insight Highlights.

  • Analyze and come up with Customer Insight and corresponding Big Idea.

  • Set strategic approaches and timelines for 4 phases of the IMC plan.

  • Set the storytelling flow for slide content and presentation scripts.
