RMIT Golden Flames Competition Club (GFCC) aims to assist RMIT-ers with university-level competitions via helpful resources and events.
Online webinar "Breaking into business cases: How to solve cases like a pro" is GFCC’s first nationwide online event, with 2 HSBC Business Case champions and 2 senior business executives.
Responsibilities
Supervise, support and make recommendations for a 20-member team via framework training and daily progress updates.
Collaborate with GFCC’s Executive Board and Project Leaders to finalize action plans, budget plans, media releases and programs for the event.
Conduct reflection for the team to suggest risk management, future solutions and plans.
