Vesta Lifestyle & Gifts is a start-up founded by 2 RMIT alumni specializing in corporate gifting service and retailing service of Vietnamese local brands, ranging from artisans, homecare, personal care to clothing, beauty and stationery, etc.


Partnership Executive


Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily communication with partnered brands, including updating stock, sales, customer insights, etc.

  • Research and contact new potential partners via email and social media.

  • Support Partnership Manager in negotiating and collaborating with new brands.

  • Manage paperwork (contracts, sales reports, etc.) for partnered brands.

  • Collaborate with other departments to operate partnered events such as seasonal product displays/sales/workshops.


Deliverables

  • Ensured daily collaboration (online communication, offline store updates, paperwork) with all Vesta’s partners (200+ brands).

  • Negotiated with 16 new partners for Vesta.


Sales Executive


Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for Vesta's corporate gifting service, including researching, proposing corporate giftsets, production timelines and budgets for clients.

  • Ensure giftsets' production, quality, delivery and payment process for clients via daily communication.

  • Manage contracts and paychecks for each gifting project.


Deliverables

  • Served 6 clients with 450+ giftsets worth 100+ million VND revenue:

    • Resource Solutions Limited: 2 gift boxes for the Vietnamese branch

    • Movefree Vietnam: 150 branded vacuum bottles for a private event

    • Dorco Vietnam: 20 limited gift boxes for KOLs

    • Vita500 Vietnam: 200 hand-packed gift boxes including branded totes and pouches for a private event

    • Talent Net: 22 limited gift boxes for staff in Hanoi and HCMC

    • European International School HCMC: 39 branded ink-pen gift boxes for staff and students
